How InnoLogix GmbH handles personal data on this website.

InnoLogix GmbHDürergasse 4/4
1060 Wien, Österreich
Email: contact@innologix.eu
InnoLogix GmbH is the controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) for the processing of personal data described here. Further company details are given in the Impressum / Legal Notice.
2. Summary
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools.
- It loads no content from third-party servers (no external fonts, maps, videos or social media plug-ins).
- Personal data is processed only when the pages are delivered to your browser (server log files) and when you contact us by email.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by OptimaNet Schweiz AG (HOSTFACTORY), Stationsstrasse 56, 8472 Seuzach, Switzerland, which acts as our processor. When you open a page, the hosting provider’s servers automatically process technical data sent by your browser, in particular:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- the page or file requested and the status of the request
- the page from which you came (referrer), if your browser sends it
- browser type and operating system
This data is needed to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and is not combined with other data by us.
The servers are located in Switzerland. The European Commission has determined that Switzerland ensures an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR).
4. Contacting us
The form on the contact page runs entirely in your browser: when you press “Submit”, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message. Nothing you type into the form is transmitted to or stored on this website.
If you send us that email, or write to us directly, we process the data you provide (your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to deal with your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a contract or steps prior to entering into one, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We delete inquiries once they have been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep them longer.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies and does not store information on your device. For this reason no cookie banner is shown.
6. Recipients and links to other websites
We do not sell personal data or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes. Data is disclosed only to service providers who process it on our behalf (hosting and email), or where we are legally obliged to do so.
This website contains links to other websites. Their operators are solely responsible for the processing of data on those websites.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- obtain access to the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16)
- have your data erased (Art. 17)
- have processing restricted (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing that is based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
To exercise these rights, write to contact@innologix.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the website or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
